Renowned Brazilian guitarist Edson Lopes has selected two pieces from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Bach’s Notebook for Anna Magdalena and transcribed each for solo and duo guitar. Edson has recorded the two guitars separately so you can listen to each guitar individually or together at guitarbymasters.com. Practicing all three parts (solo, guitar one, and guitar two) will give you a unique insight into Bach’s fascinating composition style and how you can best interpret his music on a guitar. The solo versions of each piece have tablature as well as standard score.
